Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and do not work directly with insurance companies. I can provide a detailed receipt (a “superbill”) after each session, which you may submit to your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement varies depending on your individual plan.
Missed or Late Cancellations
Because your session time is reserved for you, the full session fee will be charged for appointments that are missed or cancelled without at least 24 hours’ notice (one business day).
Prescription Refills
For patients taking medication, please allow two business days for prescription refills. When leaving a message, include your full name, date of birth, medication name, dosage, frequency, and your pharmacy’s phone number.
Email Communication
Email can be used to arrange or reschedule appointments. Please do not include clinical information in email, as it may not be fully secure. Email should not be used for urgent or emergency matters.
Emergencies
For urgent concerns during business hours (8am–6pm), you may call (774) 421‑9394. I will make every effort to return your call within an hour.
If you are experiencing an emergency or it is after hours, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room and ask the staff to contact me by phone.
